Darwin personal fitness is a fitness business based on realistic goals and accountable training programs.

We work towards realistic goals, it could be running a marathon or actively getting off of the sofa. We drive towards your goals using short and long term goal points. Always making you accountable for your progress by actively monitoring your progress so you can see where you are evolving and where you can improve.

Our process will never let you train alone because you are most accountable to your peers.

Let us explain a little more below. 

1 on 1: Even our 1 on 1 personal training sessions are based around a training partner and accountability. Every session requires rest and we will use your rest peiod to complete your session with you, Each time expressing and showing you exactly how you can improve your form, range of motion and how to achieve all the best from every single exercise. While training together you are accountable to yourself and your goals as well as us and your fitness journal.
1 on 2: Training with a friend creates a great way to push yourself to achieve your goals. Working in tandum you can watch your friend excel and inspire yourself to push in the same way. Being accountable to yourself and your goals in even more achievable when working towards a goal with a friend. You will also save money as this service is split between both of you.
1 on 3: Training as a group creates intensity. Working in tandum and supersets will really push you to achieve your goals. You know that your rest is determined by how hard you push beyond your peers. You have the choice to be the group inspiration or chasing to achieve what your friends can. You will save even more money working in a group of 3.
Hiit the ....: Whether its Hiit the Beach, Hiit the Park or in bad weather Hiit the Gym these high intestity interval training sessions will push you to your personal limits. Each session is based around pushing to your own personal best ability/ You may be an experienced athlete or just trying to get some of your youth back, these sessions will challenge you but the level is set by your ability and fitness level. All we can promise is that you will improve every single session and feel so much better for it.
